Few years of existence, SIPL has an outstanding record track in infrastructure projects, Food processing and storage projects, hydropower project, Tunnels, Low/High pressure penstocks, Power house and Road/bridges projects across India and Tamil Nadu. For almost 12 years we have built a strong and loyal clients both in private and public sectors. We have extensive experience in carrying out Feasibility Studies, Architectural and Structural drawings, Estimating and Costing, preparing Detailed Project Report and Bid Process Management. We focus on;

• Preparing a detailed project report inclusive of feasibility study, investigative surveys results, Architectural drawings, Structural designs, working drawings, Cost estimates, Bid documents, project schedule and Implementation Strategy for all the projects in accordance with the clients requirements.
• Preparing a bid document in response to an invitation/request for tender, describing the specifications and estimated cost along with the relevant documents.


• Extending our support to the client right from project implementation up to successful completion of their project.


• Working in synergy with the client, from the commencement of the project and shares the roles and responsibilities with our multi-departmental work force ensuring all the need of the client are met within the time with zero disruption.
